FINANCE DIRECTOR
This is a newly created FD role reporting to the CFO which oversees FP&A and Controllership for this PE backed international rapidly expanding infrastructure scale up. Responsibilities will include:
- Working with the ELT and other senior leaders to support decision making and understand performance to achieve financial and strategic objectives
- Lead a diverse and growing finance team (25+)
- To drive financial systems, automation and general efficiencies within finance to support continued global scale
- To get in to the specifics as required on areas from revenue recognition, IFRS16 to stats, external audit management and reporting
- Management of cash forecasting and management, bank reporting and investor funding analysis
You will be a senior finance professional with experience in the ‘build to lease’ space. You will have proven experience operating and interacting with EXCO and across international jurisdictions and ideally gained experience working within a PE backed business.
This role will have the potential to move to the CFO role in the future.
Salary: £180-200,000 + 40% bonus
