Financial Controller
Reporting to the FD, as Financial Controller you will have responsibility for all aspects of day to day accounting, internal management and external reporting and managing the year end audit process.
- Responsible for month end close and management accounts pack with analysis and insights
- Driving process improvements and financial controls to support future growth
- Producing annual IFRS financial statements and disclosures including IFRS9
- Preparing any technical accounting memos
- Be the finance lead on a new ERP implementation H2
- Lead and develop a team of 3 including 1 qualified accountant
- Analysis on revenue recognition and loan book to ensure robust numbers and reporting
- Prepare bi-annual FCA returns
- VAT returns and Corporation tax including US withholding taxes
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post qualified experience within a senior FM or FC capacity and looking for a new challenge within a scaling fintech lending business. Experience within a lending business or broader fintech is required.

Location: Central London/Hybrid
Salary: £80-95,000 base + package
