FP&A Manager
Reporting to the CFO, as FP&A Manager you will lead the FP&A activities for this scaling fintech lending business.
- Lead on annual budgeting and forecasting/reforecasting activities
- Support the longer term strategic business plan
- Lead on performance analysis across the loan book and associated reporting to Exco and investors
- Conduct financial modelling and analysis to support scenario analysis, business cases and new product propositions
- Support future securitisation initiatives
- Shape and develop MI and the FP&A function to enable fit for purpose reporting and analysis as the business scales
You will be a qualified accountant with experience working within FP&A/business partnering and be able to create financial models.
Experience working within alternative lenders or the banking sector is essential and an interest in working for a start-up/scale-up.
This client offers 2 days office working and 3 days working from home
Salary: £70-80,000 base
