FP&A Manager
Reporting to the CFO, this is a newly created role for a PE backed lending business.
- Design and own the group’s integrated five‑year model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). Drive cross‑functional input collection, challenge assumptions and ensure alignment with company strategy. Present scenarios and sensitivities to the Leadership Team
- Lead production of a live, driver‑based forecast updated every month. Produce variance analysis vs. budget, prior forecast and prior year; identify risks & opportunities. Prepare concise commentary and dashboards for non‑finance stakeholders
- Partner with the Structured Finance to refine and automate KPIs for current lending products and new lending products. Develop board‑level packs and ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives (pricing, funding, new product launches, scenarios)
- Model macro‑economic, portfolio and funding scenarios (incl. securitisation covenants). Provide clear recommendations to leadership
- Act as finance business partner to Product, Tech, Commercial, Operations & Analytics functions
- Management of 1 FP&A team member
Your experience & background
- Post qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience within FP&A and business partnering/strategic finance
- Experience working within lending, fintech’s, broader financial services and preferably experience working within a growth stage business
- Ability to build quality relationships at all levels including C-suite
- Capable financial modeller
Salary: £85-95,000 + package
