Group Financial Controller
Group Financial Controller leading financial operations, reporting, financial systems, tax and audit for a PE backed telco’s/XaaS business
Responsibilities include;
- Oversee the monthly preparation of consolidated financial statements and working papers
- Oversee transactional finance, payroll, treasury and cash flow management
- Lead the strategic direction of financial systems driving transformation and automation
- Lead external audits and year end reporting activities keeping abreast of technical accounting changes and treatments
- Oversee tax strategy and R&D tax credit claims
- Lead and develop team members of varying experience levels and qualifications
What experiences are required:
- Experienced operating at Financial Controller level and post qualified ACA/ACCA
- Experience working within SME sized companies
- Experienced with concept of leasing assets gained working within telco’s and other similar business model sectors
- Any experience of driving financial system changes/implementations a bonus
Salary: £100-120,000 + bonus + package
