Head of Finance
Reporting to the Finance Director, as Head of Finance you will lead a team of finance professionals in some of the following.
- Oversee statutory reporting, external audit and tax compliance
- Managing all aspects of FP&A including budgeting, strategic planning and forecasting and contributing to wider business strategy
- Delivery of the monthly management accounts, KPI’s and performance analysis
- Oversee the production of the board pack and support the board with clear, timely and accurate reporting and insights to help decision making
- Drive financial projects such as control and process improvements and month end close reporting
- Manage and mentor the finance team
You will be/have;
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with post qualified experience
- Experience working within financial services
- Experience leading a team
- Strong technical accounting skills across controls, reporting and leading external audits
Salary: To c£100,000 + bonus + benefits
